Charity’s on Verge

-

In this week’s trip to the Dales, Charity and Mack are both struggling but can’t open up to each other how they are feeling.

The next day, Charity’s exhausted after another restless night and snaps at Moses. Sarah’s concerned for her Gran as she struggles to deal with the lack of sleep.

When she receives a call from his school, Moses reveals that he was fighting over rumours about Charity being a murderer.

Charity’s gutted to see just how much Harry’s death has impacted not only her own but also her children’s lives. She worries how long she can continue pretending she’s alright.

Meanwhile, Moira’s disappointed to learn that Isaac started the rumours about Charity.

Feeling responsible, she resolves to put things right so, finding Charity, she apologises to her but when a loud bang sends Charity into a panic, Moira’s concerned to see how much she seems to be struggling. When Moira tries to touch her, Charity snaps and pins her against the wall, clearly in a state of utter distress.

Will Moira be able to help Charity? This week, following up their moment, Chas pulls Liam into a passionate embrace but the pair panic when they hear Paddy, Mandy and Eve entering.

She manages to hide just out of sight while Mandy eyes Liam, knowingly.

Liam’s mortified to confirm Mandy’s suspicions and admits there is a woman in the house.

When they probe him further, he lies and protests it’s no one they would know. Before she can leave, Chas is wrongfooted when a solemn Liam confesses he felt a lump in her breast.

Refusing to talk about it, Chas quickly exits, seemingly in denial.

Outside Liam’s house, Chas begins to break down but hurries away in fear she’ll be seen. The next day, an upset Chas can’t help but stress about the lump in her breast.

Meanwhile, Liam reveals to Mandy and Paddy that he slept with Chas.
