After managing to move the car before the police find it, Ste takes it somewhere quiet where he sets it on fire.
Not wanting to take part in Carter’s new Student Behavioural Unit and be singled out even more, Lucas tells the headteacher to expel him.
After overhearing Lucas and Leah arguing and discovering his stepson has been expelled from school, James apologises to the teens for their father not being there, but things go from bad to worse when Ste stumbles in drunk.
Lucas storms off and Leah is left heartbroken blaming herself. James sends Leah to find Lucas and to stay at Leela’s place. When James goes to clean up Ste, he is shocked to discover his car keys in his husband’s pocket.
Later, Ste admits to James he was the one who killed Ella and wanting to erase it from his mind begs for his husband to let him score.
Later in the week, outside the hospital we see Cleo bump into Leela whilst on her way for a job interview, but when
Peri joins them the Mcqueen tells her she’ll make a beautiful bridesmaid leaving Leela with some explaining to do. Leela admits to her daughter that
Joel didn’t really ask her to marry him, explaining she felt threatened by Cleo’s return.
Also outside the hospital, Abe bumps into Cleo and asks her on a date, but Cleo says she’s not ready to date at the moment so Abe asks Hunter for help. Meanwhile, at school, Carter catches Freya and Dillon kissing in the corridor. When the headteacher hears Dillon’s intending to check on Lucas that evening, he invites him over for dinner with him, Freya and Maxine instead.

In the Gaeltacht, Diana is on a mission to track down Mack, but he is nowhere to be seen. Meanwhile, Frankie is on Diana’s case and coerces her to his lair for questioning.
Diana begins to panic and is forced to lie on the spot about her involvement

with Mack, but things become more serious when Frankie takes out a hammer.
Will Frankie eat up Diana’s words or see right through them?
Elsewhere, Bobbi Lee is left shaken after Niall’s decision to talk about his threatening letter on air.
And despite Annette’s advice, Niall continues stirring the pot, convinced he will lose his job otherwise and starts an abortion debate on his show.
Meanwhile, O’shea reassures Bobbi Lee that Niall is safe and Caitríona plots to turn the board against Niall. How long will Niall get away with this?
Later in the week, Niall finds himself caught up in a game of political football, and the odds are not stacked in his favour.
No one seems interested in the threatening letter he received.
