Salt Aged Beef.

Dry aged for

28–45 days, concentrat­ing flavour and producing unique and multi-awardwinni­ng beef. Check out the 8oz fillet steak or the 10oz Rib Eye, both served with shallot mash and seasonal vegetables. Priced at €49 and €40 respective­ly.

While each dish on SOLE’S menu is worth the hype, nothing says celebratio­n more than SOLE’S renowned Seafood Tower.

Enjoyed as an appetiser for 4 people, or an entrée for 2, the SOLE Seafood Tower features Howth smoked Irish organic salmon, served alongside Dublin Bay prawns and rock oysters with the traditiona­l accompanim­ents,

all served over crushed ice. Chargrille­d tiger prawns and Irish brown crab claws, served alongside steamed West Cork mussels with white wine and garlic cream also accompany the dish. Enjoy this for €80.

If you’re in the mood for a showstoppe­r, SOLE’S Captain Seafood Tower features a range of the amazing eats on the main Seafood Tower but with the addition of grilled Irish lobster. Enjoy this as an entrée for €60pp. To accompany your meal, what better way to celebrate your special occasion than by toasting with a glass from SOLE’S curated list of the finest Champagnes including Veuve Clicquot Rosè, Yellow Label & 2012 Vintage and Bollinger. SOLE is also one of the few restaurant­s that serve Champagne by the glass!

Culinary Director Richie Wilson’s main focus remains on provenance and utilising the best of Irish produce to create a menu full of showstoppi­ng dishes which showcases the wealth of Irish ingredient­s available from sea to land.
