Soldiers quizzed for killing
A GROUP of British soldiers are set to be questioned by detectives investigating the unsolved murder of a young mother in Kenya nine years ago.
Agnes Wanjiru (21) was found stabbed to death at a hotel near a UK army base in Nanyuki in 2012.
Witnesses claimed the young sex worker left the hotel bar with a British soldier before entering a room with him.
A porter later overheard a “fierce row”.
Her body was found in a septic tank in the grounds of the hotel two months later after workers there noticed a foul smell. By then the Brits had left the country.
