House sales in a snap
PEOPLE take an average of 25 seconds to decide whether a house is right for them, research found.
The kitchen, lounge and bedrooms are the three most important rooms to consider when looking for a new property, according to the poll by estate agent
Purplebricks.
And 70 per cent of those quizzed said it was important for a home to have potential for a makeover.
Purplebricks has launched the world’s first 25-second home sales brochure on the social media app TikTok.
Psychotherapist Lucy Beresford said: “The Purplebricks study confirms that gut feelings are key in the initial stages of selecting a property that is right for you.
“We are hard-wired to make gut decisions.”
