THE Spice Girls have announced a worldwide partnership for touring, merchandise and campaigns with Universal Music Group.

Emma Bunton, Mel B, Geri Horner and Mel C signed the deal with UMG’s Bravado division, and the multi-year partnership will see the iconic girl group featured on a variety of clothing collections, new “directto- consumer” products, and ad campaigns.

It marks the first time in 20 years that the licensing rights for the Spice Girls brand — including touring — has been assigned to one firm, and the mega- deal promised big things for excited fans.

Debut

The partnership also celebrates the 25th anniversary of the group’s debut album Spice, which was released in 1996.

Bravado previously released a clothing collection inspired by the group’s debut single Wannabe, which also celebrated its 25th anniversary in June.

“We are so excited to be working with Bravado again, especially in this our 25th anniversary year and are looking forward to collaborating with the team,” they said.

NEO- SOUL pop singer Rachel Mae Hannon releases her debut EP ‘Like It Is’ tomorrow.

The Monaghan-born and Dublin-based artist will also be releasing her focus track ‘ Tell Me’ on all streaming platforms.

Influence by Hiatus Kaiyote, Amber Mark, London Grammar and Tom Misch; Rachel skilfully blends the boundaries between pop and neo-soul.

She recently performed on the Hot Press Y&E Series and the Iontas Online Sessions.

The release comes ahead of her forthcoming gig Upstairs at Whelan’s on November 7, which is now sold out.
