Carer ‘killed tot’

A CAREWORKER killed a three-year- old girl when she refused to eat her lunch, a court yesterday heard.

Tragic toddler Jessica Dalgleish died from a head injury she suffered in her home in England in December 2019.

Prosecutors argued that Paul Marsh (27), of Hythe, Kent, had become “angry and frustrated” with Jessica and assaulted her.

Marsh, of Hythe, Kent, denies manslaughter. The trial continues in Maidstone Crown Court.
