No jackpot winner
THERE was no winner of the Lotto jackpot — again.
The jackpot rolls over to Saturday — but stays capped at €19,060,800.
Last night’s numbers were 05,06,09,31,35,45 and bonus number 12.
The current bumper jackpot has been rolling since June.
As the jackpot is now capped, this means that no additional money will be added to the jackpot prize until it is won.
The funds that would normally go to the jackpot will now be distributed to the next lower prize tier at which there are winners.
In total, over 200,000 players won prizes in the Lotto and Lotto Plus draws, including two winners of the Match 5 + Bonus, each winning €565,390.
There was no winner of the Lotto Plus 1 draw, but there was one winner of the Lotto Plus 2 draw who won
€ 250,000, with the winning ticket being sold in Mayo.
