Daka happy to bide his time
Chelsea to follow before the end of November.
This impressive Leicester side could easily have had six or seven. One David De Gea save from Youri Tielemans was outstanding.
Could Solskjaer survive a real mauling in front of their fed-up home fans? Surely not.
The feedback from within is that he is going nowhere. Trouble is, that is exactly the same direction as his hapless side.
Solskjaer felt compelled to give a name check to keeper De Gea afterwards in spite of letting just the four go past him.
It is worrying stuff and Leicester could not quite believe how easily they managed to inflict their pressing game on United. Harry Maguire had a nightmare return to his old stomping ground with his only consolation that he probably should not have played at all after missing two games with a calf injury. He must have wished he hadn’t. His old pals made his life an absolute misery and he played an unwilling part in three of the goals.
The irony of United cast- off Jonny Evans welding Leicester’s defence together so beautifully will not have been lost on Solskjaer.

Mason Greenwood, one player to emerge with some credit, had set United on their way with a blistering strike after 19 minutes but Maguire had his pocket picked by Kelechi Iheancho allowing Tielemans to score with a shot which might just have been a cross. Maguire’s King Power
LEICESTER striker Patson Daka said scoring his first goal since his €27m summer move was the stuff of dreams.
The Zambian international has not managed to hold down a first team place since joining from RB Salzburg but says he has time on his side.
He completed the scoring in the finals seconds.
“It was amazing. It was like a dream come true for me,” said Daka. “I’ve been looking forward to this moment. The patience and the belief and the hard work has paid off today.
“I’m always so positive regardless of how many minutes I get. The boss just told me to do what I do best, just to enjoy myself, and to try to help
“Everyone is putting in their very best, and the competition is really great with the likes of Vardy and Iheanacho.
“They keep encouraging me in training, and helping me. They have been playing in the Premier League for a long time, and training with them is great.” replacement Caglar Soyuncu rubbed it in when he poked Leicester in front from close range but sub Marcus Rashford gave United hope with an 83rdminute equaliser.
They were only on level terms for 54 seconds, Jamie Vardy blasting home to restore the lead before Patson Daka completely gave Maguire the slip to clinch victory right on 90 minutes.
Credit Paul Pogba for one thing — he had the courage to front up the cameras afterwards but United need a lot more than bravery behind a microphone on the sidelines right now.
Pogba appeared to crank up the pressure on Solskjaer, saying:
“We’ve been having these kind of games for a long time and we haven’t solved the problem. We’re conceding stupid goals.”
