TOM CRUISES JET3 INTO KINGDOM..
Star’s plane lands in Kerry
A PRIVATE jet believed to belong to Hollywood A-Lister Tom Cruise landed in Kerry yesterday.
The 2004 Bombardier Challenger 300 is believed to be owned by Cruise, who was spotted in the UK last weekend.
According to Celeb Jets, Cruise’s Challenger 300 took off near Shannon just before midday, landing outside Killarney, Co Kerry just after 12pm.
The Twitter account claims that the journey from Shannon to Kerry used approximately 194kg of jet fuel and cost about €420.
The 19-year-old teenager behind the Twitter account is Jack Sweeney – who originally started the page to follow Elon Musk’s private jet. He has since expanded his search to monitor the movements of more Hollywood celebrities.

Sweeney said he has been able to identify Cruise’s P-51, Gulfstream, HondaJet, and a Challenger 300.
The actor is known to have spent millions on buying private aircraft, including a $4 million World War II-era P-51 Mustang single-seater fighter plane and a $20 million Gulfstream.
It is not yet known whether the Mission Impossible star was on board his jet, though Cruise was spotted paragliding in the Lake District in England over the weekend. A dog walker spotted the Hollywood star in action and it is believed he was filming for Mission Impossible 8, which is due to be released in 2024.
It would not be the first time Cruise has visited the Kingdom.
In 1991, he surprised locals when he went for drinks with Nicole Kidman in Loo Bridge Bar outside Kilgarvan. The pair were filming Far and Away, and ordered some Diet Cokes. He also visited Paidi O’Se’s pub near Ventry and appeared to become a regular.
“He was a lovely, quiet fella - very unassuming,” Páidí Ó Sé recalled at the time.
“He would come in and play pool with the local lads. He loved sport.”
