TEEMU Pukki scored his first goal of the season as Norwich made it five wins in a row with victory at home to Coventry on Saturday.

Josh Sargent and Kieran Dowell added the others in a 3-0 success for the Canaries.

Sargent, who now has five goals this season, said: “I’m not a natural winger, so trying to creep inside and create a link-up with Teemu is what I was I was thinking.”

Bristol City moved up to fourth in the table with a 3-2 win at Blackburn Rovers.

Goals either side of half-time from Tommy Conway and Nahki Wells put the visitors in control before Tyrhys Dolan pulled a goal back.

Wells made it 3-1 but Ben Brereton Diaz gave Blackburn hope late on.

Watford remain in the playoff spots after a 1-1 draw at Rotherham United.

Defender Richard Wood gave the home side a second-minute lead.

Late

However, the Hornets were level by half-time as Vakoun Bayo fired home a volley just after the half-hour mark.

Wigan Athletic staged a dramatic late turnaround to snatch victory at Luton Town.

Carlton Morris looked like he had claimed all three points for the home side with a goal just before the break.

However, Callum Lang forced an own goal off Tom Lockyer with ten minutes remaining.

Thelo Aasgaard then sealed the comeback victory with an unstoppable strike two minutes from time.

Second-half goals from substitute Charlie Cresswell and Benik Afobe secured a 2-0 win for Millwall at home to Cardiff City.

Birmingham City and Swansea City both ground out 1-0 wins.

Birmingham’s Maxime Colin inflicted a first loss on Preston North End, while Joel Piroe made up for missing a penalty with Swansea’s first-half winner at home to Queens Park Rangers.
