COUNTRY superstar Garth Brooks has jetted out of Ireland following his five ‘hell-raising’ Croke Park concerts — but he promised his fans he will be back.

Up to 400,000 fans sang themselves hoarse as Brooks put on the show of a lifetime for his unprecedented five nights at Croker.

And as the star boarded his private plane out of Dublin Airport with his wife Trisha Yearwood — just hours after his stunning final gig — he thanked his Irish fans for their incredible show of support.

Dublin Airport shared a video of Brooks saying “until next time” as he left the country, as he also expressed his fondness for Ireland, saying he wants to come back again.

The singer was joined onboard by members of his family on the flight that took off in the early hours of yesterday morning, after his final show at Croker on Saturday night.

Form

Speaking about his love of Ireland, Brooks vowed to be back, stating: “I don’t know in what form, but I will be back.

“I don’t know when or the venue but I love Ireland so much I would play in a field.

“I like the way Ed Sheeran played Croke Park and then played a tour around Ireland.”

As part of his show in Ireland, Brooks was followed by a production team from Netflix.

Fans came from all over the world to see him playing in Dublin because they knew of his big love of the country.

Widow Cheryl Ling from Hertfordshire came to see two gigs in memory of her husband Allan.

Speaking last night, she said: “I wish I could have gone to all five, but by the time I realised I could get tickets it was too late to sort out other things.”

Ali Connors who travelled from Wexford said: “It was the best ever show.”
