Una: Haye what’s a throuple?
THREE’S A CROWD FOR SINGING STAR HEALY...
SINGER Una Healy has told how she never heard the word “throuple” until she hit the headlines for being in one.
The Tipperary star had to look it up online, after her sun holidays with boxer David Haye and his girl Sian Osborne caused a media stir when they posted photos online.
Una (41) tells Angela Scanlon on her chat show Ask me Any- t h i n g tonight that she hadn’t a clue what it meant.
She says: “Honestly, I had to Google it.
“I was linked to this word, and I was spelling it wrong!”
Her TV interview comes after she recently told podcast hosts Vogue Williams and Joanne McNally that she didn’t have a romantic relationship with Sian, only David.
“There was no dynamic between myself and Sian. David was just a boyfriend to us both.
“I remember sitting on the plane over to Morocco. He had one hand on my leg and one on hers.”
The former Saturdays singer tells Scanlon how she worked hard to get into the music business, after trying out a few careers.
“When I left school, I tried primary school teaching. I only stuck that for three months.
“Then I did stick a year and half in nursing, but I just knew that my passion is music. So, I decided to buy the PA system and get the Honda Civic out, put the backseats down… my parents were my roadies.
“I just gigged around the country for a few years before I landed myself in The Saturdays.”

Also joining Una on the show are singer/songwriter Tom Grennan and Cavan comedian Kevin McGahern who tells why he loves cowboy films because they help him bond with his dad.
Kevin says: “I think growing up in the country, it’s a big farming community.
“It kind of romanticises the view of being a farmer and getting into cowboy films.
“It was a way for me to connect with my dad.
“I was never big into football so we had cowboy movies to connect over.”
