UNIVERSAL FIRED UP FOR NEW PARK

-

GUESTS at Universal Studios Hollywood can head down memory lane as the destination celebrates the Studio Tour’s 60th anniversary with a dedicated experiential program from April 26 to August 11.

Back in 1964, iconic red and white Glamor Trams would whisk eager tourists through a studio backlot to be a fly on the wall in the making of movie and television productions.

Now guests will have the unique opportunity to step onto a legendary movie set where an original, fully restored 1964 vintage Glamor Tram awaits.

The area will provide additional photo opportunities including a giant King Kong backdrop and the theme park’s original hanging Jaws shark.

The ‘Earthquake—The Big One’ attraction, which simulates a 8.3 magnitude quake, has also undergone renovation.

Other exciting features will include the temporary return of the 1976 Runaway Train and a behemoth T.Rex display.

UNIVERSAL Orlando is inviting guests of all ages to soar with dragons in the How to Train Your Dragoninspired Isle of Berk – one of five worlds at the all-new Universal Epic Universe theme park opening in 2025.

Here, guests will explore a larger-than-life world that includes exciting attractions, beloved character meet-andgreets, dining, shopping – and, of course, dragons.

Isle of Berk features an authentic re-creation of the rugged, rocky world where raucous Vikings and rambunctious dragons live together in hilarious harmony.

Guests visiting Berk will encounter one of the most breathtaking environments Universal has ever created – with immense architecture featuring hand-carved details, lush landscaping, and extraordinary heights of rolling hills surrounding vibrant dragon houses and local establishments.

As for the rides, Hiccup’s Wing Gliders is a family thrill coaster that invites you onto a winged flying machine that launches aspiring Dragon Riders

into the sky.

In Dragon Racer’s Rally, you can practise aerobatic manoeuvres and high-speed barrel rolls on two Viking-made dragon-riding trainers that reach heights of up to 67 feet.
