The estate is the ancestral home of the O’Conors, whose most famous member is Rory O’Conor, the last High King of Ireland. Food Unwrapped, C4, Monday, June 11, 8.30pm The series returns and unveils more secrets about our food, thanks to the globe-trotting trio of Jimmy Doherty, Kate Quilton, and Matt Tebbutt. This time Jimmy and Matt are braving the heat of chilli peppers, including some of the hottest in the world. Meanwhile, Kate looks into the plastic recycling crisis. Tommy Bowe: The End Game, RTÉ One, Monday, June 11, 9.35pm Having played professional rugby for 15 years, Tommy Bowe is hanging up his boots. Delving into what professional sports people must face when it comes to ending their career and the many challenges that come with it, he seeks the advice of AP McCoy, Paul McGrath, and Derval O’Rourke. How to Cook Well With Rory O’Connell, RTÉ One, Tuesday, June 12, 7pm In the final episode of the series, the chef prepares another meal to remember, ending on a high note: chocolate soufflé cake with chocolate sauce and raspberries.
