Lords and Ladles, RTÉ One, Sunday, June 10, 6.30pm Once again, top chefs, Derry Clarke, Catherine Fulvio, and Paul Flynn, will invade the stately homes of Ireland to recreate the feasts that their great kitchens once prepared and give the audience a peep behind the doors of some of the grandest private homes and reveal the families who have lived there. The third series kicks off at luxury guesthouse Clonalis House, Co Roscommon. The estate is the ancestral home of the O’Conors, whose most famous member is Rory O’Conor, the last High King of Ireland. This time Jimmy and Matt are braving the heat of chilli peppers, including some of the hottest in the world. Meanwhile, Kate looks into the plastic recycling crisis. Tommy Bowe: The End Game, RTÉ One, Monday, June 11, 9.35pm Having played professional rugby for 15 years, Tommy Bowe is hanging up his boots.
