With just three days and €8,000, their challenge is to rid the house of clutter and completely transform two problem rooms, with help from Ikea Ireland. Donal’s Meals in Minutes, RTÉ One, Wednesday, October 31, 7.30pm Going meat-free does not mean a lack of flavour and taste. Donal Skehan will be showing you how to embrace those veggies to create something that is filling, and most importantly, so delicious that even the carnivores in your life will be licking their plates. Liveline Callback, RTÉ One, Thursday, November 1, 7pm A new series follows up on the some of the extraordinary stories and people who talk to Joe Duffy on his radio show. In the first episode we meet 25-year-old Taekwando star Conor Grassick from Dublin who had to give up on his Olympic dream to care for his mother and brother. We also catch up with 86-year-old Mary Dent, and garda reserve Paul Barnwell who became an internet hit.
