Among the animals he treats is Luna, a seven-year-old labrador who has travelled from Switzerland with her owners. Following a CT scan and arthroscopy, Noel discovers that she has problems in both elbow joints, requiring a serious intervention. Twelve weeks later, Luna is a transformed dog and is running around happily enjoying a pain-free Christmas.
