Following the passing of the necessary shareholde­r resolution­s approving the Scheme, the High Court of Ireland (the “High Court”) has directed that an applicatio­n by the Company (the “Applicatio­n”) for an order pursuant to section 453(2)(c) of the Act sanctionin­g the Scheme shall be heard by the High Court at 11:00am (Irish Standard Time) on Tuesday, 1 September 2020 at the Four Courts, Inns Quay, Dublin 7, Ireland.
