End of year opportunity in the west

-

GALWAY auctioneer Martin Tyrell is looking forward to a good end to the year with the sale of a 34ac farm at Rusheens, Cummer, in north Galway to the market. The nonresidential holding with a substantial farmyard is to be sold with a guide price of €275,000.

Located 11km from Tuam and 20km from Galway City, the farm is described as an excellent piece of agricultural ground very well maintained, in one division with good road frontage.

The yard is made up of a range of buildings that includes a three-column hay shed, two lean-tos, and a four-column slatted shed. Mr Tyrell describes this as a beautiful piece of ground with excellent facilities that would make an ideal addition to any farm.
