OUT IN FORCE FOR MICK

-

The first threshing of 2019 was a bittersweet occasion for the community of Borris as locals remembered cherished vintage enthusiast Mick McCormack, who died suddenly at Christmas time. The threshing took place on New Year’s Day on the lands of Phillip and Ann Whitford at Rosdillig, Borris, Co Carlow.

“Mick was known as the ‘Thrashing Man’ and was a wonderful friend to us all,” Ann Whitford told the Farming Independent.
