Embrace FARM to benefit from €1 donations DOVEA Genetics are to donate €1 from each semen straw sold off their high EBI dairy bull, Beechnut Dovea (FR4673), and the Limousin bull, Ewdenvale Ivor (LM2014), between January 1 and midSeptember 2019, to Embrace FARM in an initiative to endorse their support for the excellent work being done by the movement. NPA Managing Director, Anna May McHugh, who formally launched the initiative at the Dovea HQ in Co Tipperary, complimented the Dovea Genetics team for thinking of this great idea. The proceeds will be presented at the 2019 Ploughing Championships in Fenagh, Co Carlow. Enda Dooley, Product Development and Quality Manager, Dovea Genetics said that the company has admired the wonderful work Embrace FARM has done in such a short time since it was founded. Brian Rohan, Chairperson of Embrace FARM thanked Dovea Genetics for the initiative and said the organisation now offers signposting to counselling and support services to families affected by a farm accident.
