Start by ly­ing on your back on the BOSU with your feet hip-width apart and your back sup­ported.

Your hands should be over your ch­est hold­ing

the dumb­bells. Lower one el­bow to­wards the floor and re­turn to the start po­si­tion be­fore chang­ing to the

op­po­site side. Keep re­peat­ing but do not let

your torso twist.
