Start with feet shoul­der-width apart in a squat po­si­tion and

hold­ing a ket­tle­bell be­tween the legs with both hands but rest­ing

it on the floor. Lift the ket­tle­bell to the chest, com­ing

up on the toes and keep­ing el­bows high.

Then bring the ket­tle­bell over­head and re­turn to start
