Brendan relaxes ahead of Eurovision bid
IRELAND’S hope for Eurovision glory took time out to relax in Kiev ahead of his semi-final performance in the song competition tomorrow.
Half of the field took to the stage last night for the first round of the contest in Ukraine.
Brendan was spotted enjoying the sights of the city yesterday as he prepared to take on the competition tomorrow night. Earlier this week, he channelled his inner Britney Spears with a rendition of ‘Hit Me One More Time’.
Armed with just his guitar and a microphone, Brendan charmed the delegations from Serbia, Malta, Croatia, Switzerland and Bulgaria at a reception held in his honour in Irish bar O’Briens.
