Five more released at Croftwell scheme

Croftwell, Rathcoole, Co Dublin

-

JUST 150m from An Poitín Stil, the landmark thatched pub and restaurant off the Naas Road in Rathcoole, sits Croftwell, a new development of three and four-bed semi-detached homes and townhouses.

The School Road scheme is being built by Milanville Ltd, which also developed Aubrey Manor in the village. Croftwell, which will have 60 homes when it’s complete, was quietly sold from last September, with a second phase following in early March. There are now five homes available in a new release at Croftwell, all of which are laid out over three floors and are being sold off the plans.

Two are four-bed townhouses measuring 1,700 sq ft in size and costing from €350,000 apiece. One is a three-bed, which, at 1,600 sq ft and €395,000, is a tad smaller and more expensive than the townhouses, but comes in a semi-detached style. There are two four-bed semi-detached units, each with 1,700 sq ft of living space and a price-tag of €425,000.

Would-be buyers at Croftwell will have a choice of finishes for the fitted kitchens, which come with soft-close drawers and doors, quartz worktops and an extractor hood as standard.

A built-in vacuum system helps with the cleaning. There are fitted wardrobes in all the bedrooms and a tiling allowance is available to purchasers.

The properties have energyratings of either A 2 or A 3, depending on the house type selected by buyers. Energy-efficient features include triple-glazed, low U-value windows and external doors, and an air-source heat pump located outside.

Rathcoole is a few minutes’ drive from the M50 and the Red Cow. The Luas stop at nearby Saggart is about 3km away. Enquiries to: REA Coonan (01) 6286128.
