Serbia select squad for Ireland test
SERBIAN coach Slavoljub Muslin says Ireland are the ‘most serious opponents’ they will face in their World Cup campaign.
But he has set his players a sixpoint target for their September double-header which includes a home game with Moldova before the trip to Dublin.
Muslin has recalled Torino striker Adem Ljajic to his squad after a spell in the wilderness. Manchester United new boy Nemanja Matic is one yellow card away from a ban so will have to behave himself against the Moldovans.
Crystal Palace midfielder Luka Milivojevic and first-choice goalkeeper Vladimir Stojkovic miss that game due to bans.
