Buyers on track with this Park life

Hamilton Park, Castleknock, Dublin 15

-

WHEN Hamilton Park launched two years ago, hundreds of potential buyers queued outside the on-site sales office a week ahead of the official launch to bag a house of their choice.

The scheme is laid out around five acres of green space and is located off the Carpenterstown Road, right next door to St Patrick’s National School. Most of the phases at the development to date have consisted of threeand four-bed semi-detached and detached homes, though Orchard Hall, a block of 32 apartments, was quietly released to the market in July and all but three units have been reserved.

This weekend sees the release of another block of apartments at Hamilton Park: Bramley Hall comprises 22 two-bed apartments set out over four floors and is finished in a mix of grey brick and white render with triple-glazed Aluclad windows from Rationale. Prices start at €310,000 and sizes range from 913 sq ft to 1,111 sq ft.

The units are being built by Park Developments, which earlier this month launched Clay Farm in Leopardstown. Each apartment has a good-sized terrace or balcony and an allocated parking space. All the bedrooms are doubles, while the master ensuite has a fully fitted bathroom. There is also a second bathroom in each apartment. The high-gloss custom-designed kitchens are from Nolan Kitchens, while the fitted bedroom wardrobes were supplied by Brogan Jordan.

Hamilton Park is about 11km from Dublin city centre, but an Arrow Rail station is just a five-minute walk and the 37 bus route to Aston Quay also serves the development.

Viewings of the two show apartments at Bramley Hall will take place tomorrow and Sunday, from 12pm to 2pm. Enquiries to: Sherry FitzGerald New Homes (01) 6671888.
