Energy-efficient apartments near seafront

Eustace Court, Dún Laoghaire, Co Dublin

-

EUSTACE COURT is a rare offering — a new block of energy-efficient apartments within walking distance of Dún Laoghaire town centre and its seafront promenade.

This scheme of 96 apartments and penthouses, launching for the first time this weekend, is just off Upper Glenageary Road. It has been built by Cosgrave Developments on Cualanor, the site of the old Dún Laoghaire golf course where the Cosgraves developed the Roseland high-end housing scheme.

Buyers will benefit from the existing landscaping and amenities, such as woodlands, a piazza, jogging paths, and a children’s playground. The penthouses command views of Killiney Hill and the Dublin Mountains, and some have sea views.

Prices for the first 36 apartments start at €375,000 for a one-bed, at €450,000 for a two-bed, and at €560,000 for a three-bed.

There is walnut panelling to the entrance halls, walnut hall doors and picture windows. The kitchen is fitted with contemporary-style presses and appliances, while the master ensuite has extensive wardrobes with ivory shadow doors and built-in sets of drawers from Cawley’s.

The show apartments at Eustace Court will be on view today, between 12pm and 3pm. Viewings will continue tomorrow and Sunday, from 2:30pm to 4:30pm.

Enquiries to: Hooke & MacDonald (01) 6318402.
