Time to give taxpayers a voice

■ Lorraine Courtney (Irish Independent, Comment, November 27) wants to see a new political party to represent ‘Generation Snowflake’.

But real politics involves vigorous debate and discussion, which would mean no more hiding in their beloved “safe spaces”.

Perhaps, to make progress, any new party might want to include another totally unrepresented group – the working taxpayer.
