THERE are few residential developments in Ireland with split-level houses. But at the upcoming phase of Stepaside Park, developer McGarrell Reilly has made an exception.

McGarrell Reilly built Stepaside Park between the 1990s and 2004 and returned to launch the first of 46 new A3-rated detached homes in 2016. The newer homes are accessed through the more established section of the scheme and consists of seven four-beds and three fivebeds and includes new house types, with prices starting at €635,000.
