Park life is on a whole different level in Stepaside

Stepaside Park, Stepaside, Dublin 18

-

THERE are few residential developments in Ireland with split-level houses. But at the upcoming phase of Stepaside Park, developer McGarrell Reilly has made an exception.

McGarrell Reilly built Stepaside Park between the 1990s and 2004 and returned to launch the first of 46 new A3-rated detached homes in 2016. The newer homes are accessed through the more established section of the scheme and consists of seven four-beds and three fivebeds and includes new house types, with prices starting at €635,000. Also for sale are three five-bed homes from the second phase priced from €850,000.

The four-beds are available in two styles — the Sycamore and the Hazel. At the latter type, the 1,470 sq ft of living space is arranged in a split-level fashion. Steps lead down from the large entrance hall to the kitchen, dining and utility areas, and there are four spacious bedrooms.

The 1,435 sq ft of accommodation at the Sycamore style includes a large kitchen/ dining area, a separate living room with a bay window up front, and four large bedrooms. The Elm, meanwhile, is a five-bed extending over

2,110 sq ft with two reception rooms — a family/TV room and a sitting room with a fireplace and bay window.

The kitchen/dining/living area that overlooks the garden spans the entire length of the house. Upstairs, there are two ensuite bedrooms, a family bathroom, and three further bedrooms. It is about

19km from the city and is a short drive from the Luas stop at Glencairn and the

M50. Stepaside village is just a brief walk away.
