Buyers may jump at chance of gym offer

Sean Mulryan’s Ballymore Group is building Bellingsfield near the hotel. Bellingsfield was launched a year ago and a further 12 three and four-bed houses are due to be released in the spring. There will be 243 homes at the scheme when it’s finished.

For now, there are eight homes available at Bellingsfield. Prices start at €345,000 for a three-bed semi style known as the Foxglove, and at €460,000 for the four-bed detached homes from the Bluebell and Skylark ranges. Ballymore has used a combination of render with Ivanhoe or red-hued Viola brick detail for the facades.

Each house has two car parking spaces, a bespoke kitchen fitted with quartz worktops and appliances, and an airto-water heat pump system to provide energy-efficient heating and hot water.

Bellingsfield is 1.5km from the centre of Naas and a 15-minute drive from Newbridge. Commuters to Dublin can also use the rail service from the Sallins and Naas train station. Viewings from 2pm to 3.30pm tomorrow and Sunday.
