FIRST-TIME buyers of the three-bed homes in the latest release of The Willows in Dunshaughlin will have plenty of room to grow — the houses come with attics that have been configured to allow a conversion later.

The scheme of 200 homes off the village’s Old Dublin Road was first released in 2017 and a new playground has since been added.

A new phase of 20 three, four and five-bed houses is coming on stream this weekend. Prices start at €315,000 for a three-bed, end-of-terrace house and at €323,000 for a semidetached three-bed. The four-bed homes cost from €370,000, while the five-bed detached houses are priced from €470,000.

Designed by McCrossan O’Rourke Manning, the properties have traditional brick facades. Each house has parking for two cars.

The fitted kitchen from BeSpace is in a contemporary style. BeSpace also supplied the wardrobes. The A3-rated homes are heated via a gas-condensing boiler, while PV panels generate electricity.
