The fate of hipster diner The Breakfast Club, which charges £6.50 (€7.42) for eggs on toast, remains in doubt, despite a stay of execution on a multimillion-pound loan.

The ‘Sunday Telegraph’ says its parent company Catsteps Cafes breached banking terms on a £2.2m (€2.5m) debt owed to Santander, according to recently filed accounts, but following inquiries by the newspaper, Santander has agreed to forgive the defaults.
