Wealth management offering
For example, FRS recently introduced a new product offering for the wealth management market called InvestRetail. This is a self-service web application that provides third parties such as advisors and policyholders with secure access to the InvestPro application. It allows users to manage purchase and sale requests of assets, send validated trade instructions straight to market, and view valuations and transactions in real-time.
InvestRetail’s modern cloud-based architecture and use of robotic process automation offers a fast and effective way to optimise back-office operations and deliver improvements in quality, productivity and client servicing. The open architecture, white-labelled solution is configured to have different access rights to the InvestPro application. In-built rules and a breach mechanism provide continuous oversight in the investment administration process.
With respect to system support and implementations, FRS was the first to put fund administration software into the cloud using Microsoft Azure over ten years ago. Today the firm strives to make continuous deployment the standard delivery method of implementations and upgrades for all clients and champions the adoption of continuous integration practices across the industry to reduce risk and improve standards.
