CHELSEA are ready to reward a revitalised Cesc Fabregas with a new contract.

The midfielder (below) has been a driving force in the Blues title charge this season after a disappointing campaign last year.

Spain’s World Cup and European Championship winner arrived from Barcelona for £33million in 2014 on a £150,000 a week fiveyear deal. And those terms look to be extended to 2020.

While Fabregas, 29, seems set for at least another three years at the Bridge, boss Antonio Conte is also looking to bring in Monaco midfielder Tiemoue Bakayoko, 22, after he refused to extend his French deal.
