DELE ALLI has been told he doesn’t have to quit Tottenham to win the Premier League — by a man who did just that.

Former Spurs defender Sol Campbell joined bitter rivals Arsenal on a free transfer in 2001 and has never been forgiven by many down the Lane.

But he reckons Spurs have a far better chance of winning major honours these days, which is one of the reasons he thinks Alli (above) should stay.

Campbell said: “I don’t know if Dele will achieve everything he wants to achieve at Tottenham.

“But he definitely has the opportunity to win the Premier League for sure because of where they are.

“At the moment he doesn’t need to go. He can learn his trade under a great manager with a new stadium on the way.

“It’s just a case of not getting ahead of himself, to keep on learning.

“Hopefully he will keep on that trajectory over the next two or three years and become one of the best players for England.”
