BBC’S ovens out to lunch

BBC staff face long waits for their hot lunches – because their microwaves keep going on the blink.

Broadcasting House has just 15 for 6,000 staff and sources say regularly two are broken and sometimes just five are working.

One worker at the Beeb’s London HQ said staff faced 30-minute queues and it was a mystery why the ovens broke down

The BBC previously said they overheated because staff left them running after taking out their food.
