LISTEN VERY CLOSELY

-

DEAR can see off stablemate Westerner Lady in the featured Irish Stallion Farms EBF Mares Chase at Limerick.

Willie Mullins holds all the aces in this contest, with his duo rated well in advance of their rivals.

Both mares enjoyed good first seasons over fences and Westerner Lady racked up a series of graded victories.

She did not jump well at Fairyhouse last time and Listen Dear gets the vote as her last run was quite a respectable one.

On that occasion she was fourth to Great Field in a Punchestown Grade 1 and this race represents a major drop in class for her.

Mullins can also land the bumper with Minella Beau who made a winning debut at Cork last month.

In the opener, Go Another One is the one to side with following his fine fourth to Fayonagh in the champion bumper at Punchestown. He lacks previous experience over hurdles, but this dual bumper winner has much the best form in the field.

The mares maiden hurdle provides the consistent Khalessi with an excellent opportunity to get off the mark over jumps.

Elsewhere, Floral Fantasy is worth a second look in the handicap chase as there is definitely more to come from her.
