Baby girl’s body is released to her family ahead of Mass of the Angels
Rossmore home. A funeral notice posted on rip.ie said the “cherished and loved daughter of Louise and Paul” will repose at the family home from 5pm to 7.30pm this evening.
A Mass of the Angels will take place in St Nicholas’ Church, Solohead, at 11.30am tomorrow followed by a private burial.
The notice added Chloe is “now sleeping peacefully with the angels in heaven”.
State Pathologist Dr Marie Cassidy carried out the postmortem at University Hospital in Limerick and an inquest is also expected to be held.
Paul is not expected to face any charges in connection

The dolphin appeared to have been thrown out of a window with her death which gardai said was a “personal tragedy”. Louise had just returned to her job after maternity leave and Paul offered to drop Chloe to creche on his way to work. It is believed he was distracted by a phone call and the tot was found in her car seat and unresponsive after 1pm. Staff at the steelworks held a vigil on Friday and placed flowers and candles outside the factory.
