A raft of things to do at race

IT was a boat-iful sight on the north coast yesterday as the annual Portush Raft Race drew the crowds.

Now in its 35th year, the family-friendly event is all to raise vital funds for the RNLI.

Each of the teams must paddle their raft from the pontoon around a buoy in the Co Antrim town’s famous harbour.

And the fun continues today with lifeboat tours and beach volleyball on the menu.
