Oak with final bow

MATT OAKLEY is out to sign off in record-breaking style with Exeter today.

Oakley, 39, aims to add League Two promotion to go with past Championship and League One glory.

He said: “If I can win promotion, then it would be a great way to sign off.

“I’ve played for some good teams over the years – Southampton, Derby and Leicester.

“And to play in an FA Cup Final in front of a packed house was amazing. But this game will be just as big for the club and myself.

“My playing days must end at some stage – this feels like the right time.”
