‘I’m so proud of Angel and her sacrifice’
THE boyfriend of “Angel of London Bridge” Kirsty Boden has paid tribute to the nurse’s sacrifice.
Kirsty, 28, was killed after going to help victims.
Partner James Hodder, 30, said: “As well as being friendly and outgoing, she was brave and selfless.
“I’m so incredibly proud of the sacrifice she made.”
James also told how he fell for the Australian when she rented a room in the house he shared in London.
The finance worker, of Cheltenham, said: “She arrived with a suitcase and a love of life. It wasn’t long before we were together.”
He added of Kirsty, who worked at Guy’s Hospital: “Nursing was her life.”
