BOXING Floyd bows to demand

-

FLOYD MAYWEATHER JUNIOR says he is giving the world the fight it wants to see after agreeing to a mega-money clash with Conor Mcgregor.

The August bout was confirmed last week as Mayweather (left) returns to the ring two years after retiring.

He said: “Mcgregor is a tough competitor. People all around the world demanded this fight, so I had to give them what they wanted.”

Mayweather, 40, is understood to be earning £157million with Irish MMA star Mcgregor, 28, making just under £80m.
