Car fire scare on school run

A PREGNANT mum was hailed a hero after steering her car away from kids when its engine burst into flames on the school run.

Hayley Honeysett, 33, opened the door to see where she was going and daughter Ellie, 17, helped her other children –Evie, two, Maddison, four, and Rowan, seven – get out.

Hayley, of Blackpool, Lancs, said: “It was scary.”
