Troll Penis to be erected after attack

A ROCK formation known as the Troll Penis is being restored to its former glory.

The popular tourist attraction in Norway, called Trollpikken locally, was found to have been snapped off several weeks ago.

Drilling holes were reportedly found suggesting it may have been targeted by vandals.

Police are investigating and have appealed for information about who may be responsible.

Locals raised more than €22,600 to have the rock in Eigersund restored.

Work began yesterday to reattach the appendage.
