€85m United star ‘held’ at his party pad
SOCCER star Romelu Lukaku has been arrested after a huge party spiralled out of control days before his €85million move to Manchester United.
Lukaku, 24, was partying with new team-mate Paul Pogba in Beverley Hills when cops told him SIX times to keep the noise down in his rented hilltop mansion.
When he refused he was arrested for “misdemeanor disturbing the peace.”
The Belgian striker – set to sign a €300,000-a-week deal – must appear before a judge in Los Angeles and faces a fine.
A source said: “Romelu was in good spirits and enjoying the sunshine while celebrating his move.
“Everyone was really excited so it did get a bit loud.” A United spokesman declined to comment.
