He explained: “It really makes sense, bringing together a selection of experts who are also parents to design these videos. “The idea is to offer mum ideas on how to achieve some time free from hassle this summer. “The videos include some mouth-watering recipes and some great activity ideas to help get out and active and keep the kids busy at the same time. It’s 50 ways to kill the summer boredom.” Baz recently opened up about why he hasn’t drank any booze in more than a year, and revealed he has no desire to drink alcohol now. He said: “I was doing a documentary on Islam and for the show I gave up drink and I felt great afterwards. “I just never went back to it. I’m very happy with it. Saying that, I might go on a night out with the missus and decide I want to have a few glasses of wine or go on holiday with the lads and have a cocktail but as it happened I haven’t wanted to and it’s been over a year since I drank.
“I don’t need alcohol for confidence or to feel comfortable so I’m happy enough to go out without it. Saying that, when it gets to 12am or 1am when people start repeating stories and all that, I’ve had enough of the night then end up driving everyone home.”

The silver fox says he feels younger since allowing his locks to be their natural colour.
