Warnings as ISIS cons get out of prison

AT least 27 convicted terrorists will walk free from UK jails in the next five years.

And experts warn they could be poised to carry out another attack like the Manchester bombing or London Bridge outrage as ISIS plans more murder.

It comes after the terror network’s capital city of Raqqa in Syria fell, and its fighters started to plan revenge abroad.

Labour MP Liam Byrne said some inmates use time behind bars as a “jihad university”, spending their sentences organising mass killing.

He said: “We should be under no illusions that ISIS will now lash out abroad.”
