JOHN TERRY’S old Chelsea team-mates don’t need convincing that he is a manager in the making.

Terry, 36, confirmed his wish to take charge of his old club when unveiled as Aston Villa’s new signing last week.

And former teammate Nathan Ake, who joined Bournemouth for £20million this summer, said: “JT will make a really good coach. He wrote down what we had done in training and everything just as a manager, so he was always looking.

“He interacts so well with people and likes to help young players, always encouraging.”
