Man, 31, stabbed to death in row with two moped riders
TWO men were on the run last night after knifing a man to death and escaping on a moped.
The 31-year-old victim sought help at a nearby house but was later pronounced dead at the scene.
It is understood he was approached by the attackers – one armed with a knife and the other with a
Scene of crime gun – at 12.15am on Saturday close to the National Maritime Museum in Greenwich, South East London. Detective Inspector Jo Sidaway said: “During an altercation between the suspects and the victim, the victim was stabbed.” A resident said: “The local newsagent has had problems with people using mopeds to ram through the front to steal cigarettes, but it’s usually a nice quiet area.”
